There is a chain constructing characters for the broadcast messages and an equipment transmitting on the network using cyphering/decyphering of identifiants of subscribers transmitted by the campaign server and electronic message generation. La présente invention concerne un système de diffusion de messages électroniques [notamment de messages SMS] caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un serveur de campagne comportant une base de données d'abonnés inscrits identifiés par un identifiant MSISDN et une base de données de campagnes identifiés par un identifiant de campagne et comprenant une chaîne de caractères constitutifs du message à diffuser, un équipement de transmission de messages par un réseau cellulaire comprenant un moyen de chiffrement/déchiffrement des identifiants d'abonnés transmis par le serveur de campagne et des moyens de génération de messages électroniques.
