Microfluid pump for non-magnetic fluid, has a cell with a chamber to contain magnetic fluid (5) which will not mix with the non-magnetic fluid (7) to be pumped. Magnet unit (6) applies a local magnetic field to the fluid causing a depression to be filled by the non-magnetic fluid. The magnetic field can be shifted, so that the non-magnetic fluid is moved between inflow (3) and outflow (4). L'invention concerne un dispositif micro-fluidique pour la manipulation d'un liquide non magnétique, comprenant au moins une cellule comprenant : - une enceinte assurant le confinement d'un liquide magnétique (5) non miscible avec le liquide non magnétique (7) à manipuler, - des moyens magnétiques (6) associés à l'enceinte et permettant d'appliquer localement au liquide magnétique un champ magnétique dont le profil d'énergie présente une dépression provoquant, par refoulement du liquide magnétique, au moins un volume de réception du liquide non magnétique, le champ magnétique pouvant être déplacé pour permettre une manipulation du liquide non magnétique entre des moyens d'introduction (3) et des moyens d'évacuation (4).
