Summary:A device for adjusting a component, in particular, a selector motor in an automated gearbox comprises a drive gear (16), an engagement element, and an interposed spring element which is constituted as a leaf spring (36) with a preferably radial orientation. An Independent claim is included for the production of such a device. It involves use of an assembly die for introduction of preloaded spring elements into the drive wheel of a gear selector motor. Dispositif (10) pour actionner une pièce, notamment un sélecteur (10) d'une boite de vitesses automatique, comprenant une roue d'entraînement (16) et un organe d'entraînement (24). Un élément à ressort (36), installé entre la roue d'entraînement (16) et l'organe d'entraînement (24), s'appuie contre la roue d'entraînement (16) et coopère avec au moins une cavité (58) de l'organe d'entraînement (24). L'élément à ressort (36) est un ressort lame installé de préférence radialement.
