L'invention intéresse la rétention intra-radiculaire des couronnes dentaires.Le dispositif comprend deux éléments, le premier est une vis (1) dans la racine dont le diamètre est plus petit dans sa partie profonde, et taraudée extérieurement (2a, 2b), un méplat (21) dans sa partie mésiale repose sur la surface de la racine. Un filetage interne (5) sur une partie de la longueur de cet élément permet le vissage du deuxième élément supra-radiculaire (22) dont la forme est fonction du cas clinique.La couronne ou l'élément cosmétique (24) repose sur ce deuxième élément par une rondelle (21). Elle est ajustée par vissage, scellement ou clippage (23, 25).
