Summary:The coupler/uncoupler consists of a mechanical coupling (1) connected to a fixed support (3) by a thread and a spacer (8) which allows the assembly to be fastened to an injection/compression machine. The coupler/uncoupler consists of a mechanical coupling (1) connected to a fixed support (3) by a thread and a spacer (8) which allows the assembly to be fastened to an injection/compression machine. The fixed support is also equipped with two pneumatic cylinders (4a, 4b) for disconnecting and releasing an injection nozzle (5) when changing the fabrication or dismantling the tool. The release of the nozzle is made possible by the mobility of a second metal support, which compresses the collar (10) of the mechanical coupling when compressed air is fed to the pneumatic cylinders through pipes (7a, 7b) via a rotary distributor, retracting their rods (9a, 9b) to pull on the support and free the nozzle. A small model of the assembly would measure 110 mm wide by 60 mm high and 70 mm thick, while a large one would measure 150 x 100 x 110 mm, applying traction efforts of 24 and 32 KN respectively. Dispositif pour accoupler et désaccoupler en automatique les systèmes d'éjection des outillages utilisés dans la transformation par injection ou compression des thermoplastiques, des thermodurcissables, des silicones liquides et des élastomères.L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant d'accoupler et de désaccoupler sans perte de temps, sans intervention dans la machine et à moindre coûts les systèmes d'éjection des outillages pour la transformation par injection.Il est constitué d'un attelage mécanique (1) sur lequel vient se rajouter deux supports métalliques (2 et 3) comportant deux petits vérins pneumatiques (4a et 4b) qui serviront à automatiser ce dispositif de façon à le rendre plus pratique et autonome de sorte à pouvoir accoupler et désaccoupler les embouts d'éjection (queues d'éjection).Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux accouplements et désaccouplements des outillages qui serviront pour la transformation par injection ou compression des plastiques et des silicones pour les secteur du bâtiment, de l'automobile, de la cosmétique, de l'emballage, de l'alimentaire, et de l'électroménager.
