Derivatives of tocopherol which are hydrolyzable to tocopherol and 3-aminopropane phosphate by biological enzymes in a living organism. Derivatives of tocopherol (or their salts) of formula (I) are new. R1, R2 and R3 = H or Me, at least one being Me; A = -CH2-CH(CH3)- or -CH=C(CH3)-. An Independent claim is also included for the preparation of these derivatives. Un objet de la présente invention est de proposer les dérivés du tocophérol de formule suivante (I), et leurs sels : (CF DESSIN DANS BOPI) R1 , R2 et R3 étant H ou un groupe méthyle, au moins un d'entre eux étant un groupe méthyle; et,A est CH2 -CH (CH3 ) - ou CH=C (CH3 )-.L'autre objet est de proposer un procédé de préparation, consistant à faire réagir tocophérol et l'oxychlorure de phosphore selon un rapport équivalent de 1 : 1 à 1, 3, avec une base organique, dans un solvant organique; faire réagir le tocophérol dichlorophosphate ainsi produit avec du 3-aminopropanol, avec une base organique, dans un solvant organique; et hydrolyser les produits ci-dessus.Les dérivés du tocophérol de l'invention peuvent être hydrolysés en tocophérol et 3-aminopropanephosphate par des enzymes biologiques dans un organisme vivant, et déclencher des activités physiologiques (guérison d'une peau blessée, prévention anti-vieillissement de la bio-membrane, etc. ).
