Summary:The valve has a valve element (40) movable in a valve body (20) bore with a sealing surface that interacts with a valve seat (80) and at least one injection opening (82) controlled by raising the sealing surface from the seat during the opening motion of the valve element. The injection opening is in the wall of the valve body and the injection opening inlet aperture can be closed by movement of the valve element. An annular sliding element (50) concentric to the valve element partly closes the injection opening in its starting position and can be moved axially to free the entire cross-section of the injection opening.
