Assembling and coupling device for reinforced concrete casting moulds, which uses holding clips (30) (Fig. 5), the arms (32, 33) of which end in claws (34, 35) which extend obliquely both in the longitudinal direction and transversely thereto and grip ribs (20, 21, 20a, 21a) appropriately constructed so as to match them. These ribs are attached opposite one another to struts (B1, B2, B3) which belong to a frame (B), to which are fixed formwork boards (A) which form the reinforced concrete casting mould. The holding clips (30) couple and connect two outer struts (B1) of two adjacent formwork boards (A) firmly to one another; if desired, these holding clips (30) connect intermediate supports (B3) of the frames (B) by means of additional supports (C). These additional supports extend in the direction of the intermediate supports and connect a plurality of formwork boards in the vertical direction to form a formwork wall of the reinforced concrete casting mould.
