Summary:The roof has an outer sheet metal skin (12) of vaulted shape and an inner head liner in the form of a rigid plastics shell (15) which is vaulted to generally conform to the vaulted shape of the outer skin. Substantially the entire shell is spaced from the outer skin with an air cushion therebetween and the rim of the shell has a flexible sealing bead (16) which bears against the outer skin to provide a seal between the shell and the outer skin.
