Summary: | The endocardial heart stimulator tube has a positive fixture using an extendable and retractable screw thread in combination with a very flexible heart stimulator tube. It has a stress release element near the joint of the electrode and the conductor of the endocardial heart stimulator tube. The screw thread fixing element rotates to secure the electrode to the endocardial tissue. The fixing element contains a screw thread shaped coil with enclosed end and a sharp point. A flush sliding element (32) is attached to the tip of the coil (34). There is a rectangular hole at the end of a tunnel used to turn the coil.
