Summary: | New catalysts comprises 100 pts.wt. of a support, 0.05-0.6 (pref. 0.1-0.5) pts.wt. of a Pt-group metal, 0.05-0.8 (pref. 0.1- 0.5, esp. 0.15-0.20)pts.wt. of Se, 0.005-5 (pref. 0.05-3, esp. 0.2-0.6) pts.wt. of Mn or Te, and 0.1-15 pts.wt. halogen. The catalysts are esp. useful for reforming or aromising of naphtha or gasoline feedstocks, but can also be used for isomerisation (of paraffins or aromatics), hydrocracking, hydrodealkylation or steam dealkylation. Incorporation of the Se and Mn or Te components improves the selectivity and stability of the catalyst, esp. when used for high-severity reforming in mobile-bed reactors.
L'INVENTION CONCERNE DES NOUVEAUX CATALYSEURS DE CONVERSION D'HYDROCARBURES.CES CATALYSEURS RENFERMENT UN SUPPORT D'ALUMINE, UN METAL NOBLE DE LA FAMILLE DU PLATINE, DU SELENIUM ET UN METAL CHOISI PARMI LE MANGANESE ET LE TECHNETIUM.ILS S'UTILISENT EN PARTICULIER POUR LES REACTIONS DE REFORMAGE OU DE PRODUCTION D'HYDROCARBURES AROMATIQUES. |
