Summary:The head uses a chip (20) carrying thin-film resistive elements connected to an electronic circuit allowing them to be selectively supplied with current. The chip (20) is attached to the front of the printing head and is coupled to the electronic circuit via a hybrid circuit. A flexible coupling circuit (40,45) with a series of adjacent thin-film conductors couples the chip (20) to the hybrid circuit. The coupling circuit (40,45) is held in contact with the chip (20) via a press clamp (50), which is directly secured to the printing head. Pref. the printing head has an internal opening (11) housing the hybrid circuit with a channel for passage of the coupling circuit (40,45), the clamp (50) fixed to one wall of the opening (11). TETE D'IMPRESSION THERMIQUE.LES ELEMENTS RESISTIFS DE LA PLAQUETTE 20 FIXEE A L'AVANT DU CORPS DE TETE 10 SONT RELIES A UN CIRCUIT HYBRIDE 30, PORTANT DES ELEMENTS DE CIRCUITS ELECTRONIQUES, PAR AU MOINS UN CIRCUIT DE LIAISON 40. CELUI-CI EST UN FILM SOUPLE COMPORTANT UNE PLURALITE DE CONDUCTEURS PARALLELES ET EST CONNECTE PAR PRESSION A LA PLAQUETTE 20 AU MOYEN D'UNE PIECE DE SERRAGE 50 FIXEE AU CORPS 10 PAR DES ORGANES DE LIAISON 54 NE TRAVERSANT PAS LE FILM 40.CETTE TETE CONVIENT POUR UNE IMPRIMANTE LIGNE PAR LIGNE A PEIGNE.
