Summary: | During the dish washing cycle, when the fluid from one rinsing stage has been pumped out the circulating pump is switched off and the fresh water supply valve is opened to allow the infill of 1 to 3 litres water which is then pumped out when the emptying pump is switched on to act as a flushing process so that the following rinses can be carried out with reduced water volume. The used cleaning fluid and the dirt and food residues themselves which are deposited in the drainage trough are thus effectively flushed out. The extra 1 to 3 litres water are saved over and over again by the reduced water volume required for subsequent rinses.
