Summary:The machine is designed to aid in an operatr to put into place electronic components on a perforated printed circuit board. The machine is of the type which has an operator part having substrate support elements, a projector and a displacement machanism. The projector (17) defines an image corresp. to the required position of the component on the substrate. The displacement mechanism displaces (X-Y) the substrate support element relative to the projector. The machine has a component magazine which is selectively controlled to bring a component of a given type into a position required by the operator. The projector (17) gives a vertical pencil of light (18) capable of producing a fine luminous sport on the substrate (23). The spot projector (18) has on its front face a display which indicates the orientation required for the component and its mounting sense. Machine semi-automatique pour le positionnement de composants sur des substrats tels les circuits imprimés. Un bâti 2 définit un plan d'appui supérieur incliné 3, et d'autre part un logement interne 4 pour un magasin à composants 6. Le magasin offre un composant en une échancrure médiane 5. Des règles 20 et 21 et un pavé de fixation 22 maintiennent le substrat sur le plan d'appui 3. Des moteurs pas à pas X-Y 11 et 13 placent un projecteur 17 qui définit un spot lumineux sur le substrat et comporte également des voyants pour indiquer l'orientation du composant, ainsi que son sens de montage s'il y a lieu. Une variante avantageuse du magasin à composants est prévue pour les circuits intégrés. Application à la fabrication en série de circuits électroniques.
