Summary:The valve for redirecting the flow of fluids according to pressure enables different meters to be used for high and low flow rates. At low pressure, fluid enters the inner chamber (17) of the valve from a tube (32) and passes to an outer chamber (18) through an opening (23) in a circular closing plate (20). It leaves the outer chamber by a narrow exit (14). At higher pressures, the entrance to the inner chamber (17) is widened by the upward movement of a frustoconical plug (31). At the same time the connection (23) between the inner and outer chambers is closed by the movement of a float (25). As a result the closing plate (20) rises, sealing the narrow exit (14) and opening a wider one (13). Hystersis is reduced by a damping device (28) connected to the central float (25). L'invention est relative à une valve de commutation pour compteur combiné. La valve comporte essentiellement deux clapets flotteurs : un clapet principal 20 isolant le compteur principal aux faibles débits, et un clapet secondaire 25 pouvant obturer une ouverture 23 dans le clapet principal lorsque le débit de commutation est atteint afin de provoquer le soulèvement de ce clapet principal. Le clapet 25 est équipé d'un organe 28 créateur de perte de charge disposé en amont des clapets. Application au comptage de débits importants à l'aide d'un compteur combiné.
