Summary:The plant for machining materials by explosive has a chamber with table for the material to be machined. This table consists of metal plates stacked alternately with spacing layers. The explosive is placed on the material and ignited. The enclosure has also a ventilating system. This plant ensures economical machining of materials by use of explosive. The plant has long life and no shock waves are generated through the ground. The sound transmission capacity of the intermediate layers (17) differs from the sound transmission capacity of the metal plates (16) which are connected to each other. The sound transmission capacity of the spacing layers (17) is lower than that of the metal plate (16). The mounting table (5) is stabilised by rods (18) passing through the layers. Used for processing ferrous, non-ferrous and other materials. L'invention concerne l'usinage des matériaux par déformation. L'installation faisant l'objet de l'invention est du type comportant une chambre dans laquelle est installée une table porte-objets composée de plusieurs dalles disposées l'une au-dessus de l'autre et séparées par des plaques intermédiaires, et portant le matériau à travailler, l'explosif et un moyen de mise à feu ou d'ignition de charge, ainsi qu'un système de ventilation, et est caractérisée en ce que la dureté ou rigidité acoustique des plaques intermédiaires 17 diffère de celle du matériau des dalles 16 elles-mêmes, qui sont reliées entre elles. L'invention peut être utilisée dans la métallurgie des métaux ferreux et non ferreux, dans différentes branches de constructions mécaniques, etc.
