Summary: | The spark erosion machine is guided by an optical reading head mounted on a slide which can be moved in two directions by motors. A feed back signal from the reading head is transmitted to the amplifier which transmits corresponding signals to the store and the coincidence circuit. The store also receives signals from the impulse generators and switches. Signals from the coincidence circuit are transmitted through the amplifiers to the motors which guide the tool and to the motors which guide the optical reading head. If the reading head departs from the outline of the template, a signal is generated which corrects the position of the reading head and the tool. |
