Continuous monitoring of element in gas or air - involves using combustion system and continuously operating detection unit inside protective housing analysing burnt gases

The device enables continuous monitoring of an element present in a gas, pref. air, as in 74.10026. A fraction of the gaseous flow is cooled and passed to the detection unit for analysis. The combustion (10) and detection (12) units are placed inside a protective housing (15). This has a sampling sy...

Summary:The device enables continuous monitoring of an element present in a gas, pref. air, as in 74.10026. A fraction of the gaseous flow is cooled and passed to the detection unit for analysis. The combustion (10) and detection (12) units are placed inside a protective housing (15). This has a sampling system (30) for sucking in the air to be monitored and compressing it inside the housing. A second system (40) sucks in the air contained in the housing (15) and compresses it in the burner (22) and in the detection unit (12). The housing has orifices (52) for evacuation of the air.
