Summary:This publication describes an invention which signals when a cow is about to calf, which invention comprises a frame part, in which is placed a curved tube 2. In the tube is arranged a moveable steel ball 3. The arrangement is fastened to the cow's tail and, based on the position of the tail combined with the time value of the tail in a particular position, the arrangement is coupled by means of the steel ball to a minitransmitter which operates by power from a current source.
