Esillä oleva keksintö koskee kaurapohjaisia dispersioita, elintarvikkeita, jotka sisältävät mainittuja kaurapohjaisia dispersioita, sekä menetelmiä edellä mainittujen tuotteiden valmistamiseksi, jolloin menetelmät käsittävät kauraraaka-aineen partikkelikoon pienentämisen, edullisesti ainakin yhdellä valittuna korkeapainehomogenoinnista, mikrofluidisoinnista ja märkäjauhatuksesta. |
