Summary:The invention concerns a method for detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa serotypes in a sample in vitro. In the method, the mentioned sample is brought into contact with an optionally labeled monoclonal human antibody or binding fragment thereof, which reacts specifically with less than all but with at least two Pseudomonas aeruginosa IATS serotypes and the formed complex is detected. The invention also concerns monoclonal human antibodies used in this method, as well as a test set that can be used in this method.
