The method for producing composite bodies, which comprise a cover layer (b) and a hard foam (a) based on isocyanate, comprises continuously moving the cover layer and applying the starting material for the hard foam to the cover layer using fixed tubes (c), which are attached parallel to the cover layer plane and perpendicular to the movement direction to the cover layer and are provided with openings (f) so that they form a straight line. The tubes extend over 80% of the width of the cover layer, where an area of equal width is not covered by the tube at the edges of the cover layer. The tube has a height of 5-30 cm above the cover layer and a diameter of 0.2-5 cm. The inner diameter of the tube is constant from the center to the edges of the tube. The tube is arranged so that the strength of the wall of the tube decreases from the place of the supply of the raw material for the hard foam to their ends in such a way that the ratio of the length of the openings between the place of the supply and the end of the tube is 1.1-20. The length of the openings decreases with one tube from an exterior to the other one, if the raw material is supplied to a side into the tube. The liquid raw material is supplied from the middle to each tube or is supplied at the edge of each tube. The diameter of the openings is 0.5-10 mm. The distance between the openings is 5-200 mm. The diameter and the distance of the openings are equal to the entire length of the tube. The number of openings of each tube is >= 2. The mixing of the components of the liquid raw material takes place in a mixer, which is connected with tubes by supply lines (d, e). Each tube is connected exactly with one supply line. The supply has a diameter of 4-30 mm. The hard foam contains isocyanurate groups. The viscosity of the liquid raw material is 50-2000 mPa s at 25[deg] C. The quantity of the liquid raw material applied on the cover layer is 2-100 kg/minute. An independent claim is included for a device for applying liquid reaction mixtures on a cover layer.
