Summary:The invention relates to equipment for carrying out degradation tests on components exposed to molten media at a high temperature and pressure, which guarantees the maintenance of stable testing conditions over the duration thereof, in particular in terms of the influence of the gaseous medium on the reactivity of the molten medium. The equipment includes an auxiliary system for the circulation of gases, a second auxiliary system for subjecting the agitated reactor to controlled pressure cycles, as well as being provided with an external casing for the circulation of cooling agents in order to subject the exposed materials to temperature-programmed forced cooling cycles.
