The anchoring sub-layer has a thickness of 0.25 mm, and comprises fillers and/or glass net. The removable surface covering is made of polyvinyl chloride, medium density fiberboard, or high density fiber board and is a polymeric resin multilayer product comprising a support layer, which is foamed, compact or textile, and comprises a wear layer, a barrier layer laid between the support layer and the wear layer and a protective varnish made of cross-linkable polyurethane by ultra-violet rays. The anchoring sub-layer made of PVC is placed on the soil before laying the removable decorative surface covering and laid on the floor. An independent claim is included for a removable surface coating.
