The invention relates to a method for accumulating thermosolar energy, comprising: an energy charging phase wherein a condensable fluid receives thermosolar heat and accumulates in a hot tank (3), the pressure and temperature of which increases as it fills with fluid with a liquid-steam balance; and an energy discharging phase wherein the pressure and the temperature decrease as the steam is sent from the hot tank (3) to the high-pressure (5)and low-pressure (6) bodies of a turbine, after which the fluid accumulates in a cold tank (4). The device used to implement said method has a control system that acts on a valve (12) which allows the generated power to be maintained constant.
