Summary:Disclosed herein is a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) storage/transportation tank insulation system having a welded secondary barrier and a construction method thereof. The LNG storage/transportation tank insulation system is configured such that a plurality of secondary insulation panels, which is continuously mounted to be connected to a hull, is connected to the hull using coupling means, a secondary barrier is integrally formed on the secondary insulation panels by welding strakes, each of which is formed by processing a thin metal sheet, primary insulation panels are bonded to and mounted on the secondary insulation panels using adhesive layers so that the primary insulation panels are staggered with the secondary insulation panels, after the adhesive layers are formed on the secondary barrier, and a primary barrier is mounted on the primary insulation panels, which are welded. Sistema de aislamiento de tanques de almacenamiento de GNL que tiene una barrera secundaria soldada y método de construcción del mismo.Se refiere a un sistema de aislamiento de tanques de almacenamiento/transporte de GNL que tiene la barrera secundaria soldada, en el que paneles de aislamiento secundarios se fijan a un casco usando medios de acoplamiento, una barrera secundaria se forma de manera solidaria soldando hiladas, cada una de las cuales se forma procesando una lámina metálica delgada, se apilan paneles de aislamiento principales y paneles de aislamiento secundarios de manera alternativa de modo que los bordes de los paneles de aislamiento principales y los bordes de los paneles de aislamiento secundarios están al tresbolillo, y los paneles de aislamiento principales se adhieren a la barrera secundaria usando agente adhesivo, mejorando así de manera notable el aislamiento térmico, la estanqueidad frente al GNL, y la trabajabilidad, y a un método de construcción del mismo.
