Abstract | The invention relates to novel non-viral vectors comprising at least one carbon nanohorn having, on the surface thereof, dendrons and/or dendrimers that are, in turn, linked to at least one biologically active molecule, for the use thereof in gene therapy and the use thereof for producing a medicament. The invention also relates to a method for the synthesis of said non-viral vectors.
