The invention automates the management of traditional telephone messages used to request operations relating to the interruption/connection of an area of an electric line in order for line maintenance, repairs or alterations to be made. The invention comprises a remote power control centre that communicates with portable devices (2) which are each assigned to at least one maintenance operator and which are used for the transmission of a telephone message based on the information stored in the remote control centre (1) in which the different events that occurred during the request are managed and stored. The operations requested in the telephone message are transmitted from the centre (1) to the installation (14) of the electric line in order to be implemented. The centre can be used to manage blocks relating to the interruption/connection elements of the installations (14) of the electric line and the centre also allows maintenance operators to check the state of said interruption/connection elements via the above-mentioned portable devices (2). Procedimiento y sistema para corte y restablecimiento de tensión en una línea eléctrica mediante telefonemas.Automatiza la gestión de los telefonemas convencionales utilizados para solicitar maniobras de corte/conexión de una zona de una línea eléctrica para realizar mantenimiento, reparaciones o modificaciones de la línea.Comprende un centro de telemando de energía que comunica con unos dispositivos portátiles (2), cada uno de ellos asignado a al manos un operario de mantenimiento, mediante los cuales se realiza el envío de un telefonema a partir de la información almacenada en el centro de telemando (1), en el que se gestiona y se almacenan los diferentes eventos acontecidos durante la solicitud.Las maniobras solicitadas en el telefonema se envían a la instalación (14) de la línea eléctrica desde el centro (1) para su ejecución.El centro permite la gestión de bloqueos de los elementos de corte/conexión de las instalaciones (14) de la línea eléctrica y permite la consulta a los operarios de mantenimiento través de los dispositivos portátiles (2) del estado de dichos elementos de corte/conexión.
