A removable pen having an internal liquid reservoir and a nib cooperates with the elongate body and extends within an air chamber having an outlet nozzle and an inlet coupled to the air pump. The user selectively actuates a switch to cause the motor to drive the pump providing an air stream of pressurized air to the air chamber which flows above the nib drawing liquid particles therefrom, into the air stream forming a mist which is sprayed from an outlet orifice of the outlet nozzle.
