Summary:It has a local subsystem (6) which provides clean signals of the electrocardiograms relating to the foetus and the mother and is connected, via a communication network (7), to a monitoring centre (8) which can receive a plurality of signals from various local subsystems (6) and makes them available to corresponding medical centres or terminals (10) via a data network (9). Each local subsystem (6) has a capture device (1), which is composed of sensors (2) connected to a monitoring chip (3) and is accommodated in a textile carrier or band which can be applied to the pregnant woman, and a portable patient terminal (5) connected to the chip (3) and to the communication network (7). La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de monitorización materno-fetal para diagnóstico remoto que cuenta con un subsistema local (6) que facilita señales limpias de los electrocardiogramas del feto y de la madre y que conecta a través de una red de comunicaciones (7) con un centro de monitorización (8) que pueda recibir una pluralidad de señales de diversos subsistemas locales (6) poniéndolas a disposición a través de una red de datos (9), de centros o terminales médicos (10) correspondientes. Cada subsistema local (6) cuenta con un dispositivo de captación (1) compuesto por sensores (2) conectados a un chip de monitorización (3) y alojado en un soporte textil o faja aplicable a la embarazada, y con un terminal portátil de paciente (5) conectado al chip (3) y a la red de comunicaciones (7).
