Summary: | The invention relates to a promoter sequence (SEQ. ID. N0:2) derived from a gene of Solanum lycopersicum, of an unknown function and denominated CNH1. The invention relates to nucleotidic constructions, vectors, cells of plants and transgenic plants comprising the promoter of the invention, and the seeds thereof. The constitutive promoter according to the invention can be used for the sense, miRNA, antisense or RNAi gene expressions of the DNA sequences with which it merges, in all of the organs of the plant, with especially high levels in fruit. The promoter is especially interesting when expression levels similar to those obtained by the promoter CaMV 35S are desired in the fruit over different stages of its development, but not at such a high level in the rest of the plant, especially in Solanaceae/Solanum, enabling the use of heterologous promoters to be avoided.
