Summary: | The evaluation of ochratoxin A and degree of attack by Aspergillus carbonariusin which a continuous absorption spectrum is produced by a spectroscopic analysis of a composition using interferometric Fourier transform spectroscopy. A spectral density value of the composition is measured with respect to a spectral band integer of determined wavelengths. Calibration and configuration of the composition comprises selecting and analyzing a reference composition comprising wine. The spectral band integer is equal to 5 and has an order of 30. The produced continuous absorption spectrum of the composition is analyzed in near infrared region. The concentration of ochratoxin A of the composition to be analyzed and/or degree of attack by Aspergillus carbonariusin grapes generates an automatic calculation by a data processing device (7). An independent claim is included for a device to evaluate the ochratoxin A content in wine making liquid composition, and/or degree of attack by Aspergillus carbonariusin grapes.
Procedimiento y dispositivo de evaluación del contenido de ocratoxina A y/o de Aspergillus carbonarius de los mostos y de los vinos, que comprende: unos medios (8) de memorización en los cuales está registrado por lo menos un grupo de N bandas espectrales ({si}{sub,i}) y unos valores de calibrado (K{sub,i}) que corresponden a estas bandas espectrales ({si}{sub,i}); unos medios (1, 2, 3, 4, 6) de análisis espectroscópico aptos para recoger una muestra de una composición a analizar, para realizar un espectro continuo de absorción en el infrarrojo de esta muestra, y para medir unos valores (L{sub,i}) de densidad espectral que corresponden a dichas bandas espectrales ({si}{sub,i}); unos medios (7) de cálculo automático adaptados para poder generar, a partir de los valores (L{sub,i}) y (K{sub,i}), por lo menos una señal representativa del contenido de ocratoxina A y/o una señal representativa del grado de ataque por Aspergillus carbonarius. |
