The manufacturing method involves preheating ingot, where extrusion and cooling of the profiles is carried out at room temperature. Proceso de extrusión a partir de aleaciones de Zinc-Aluminio-Plata. Se describe el proceso de extracción de perfiles a partir de aleaciones de Zinc-Aluminio-Plata (ZINAG), los cuales pueden ser de simetría simple o compleja y que pueden ser de aplicación tanto en estructuras como para otras aplicaciones industriales. Los contenidos de cada uno de los elementos bases de la aleación varían entre 20-23% peso en Al, del 0,5-4% Ag y finalmente el Zn hasta que la suma total sea del 100% en peso. El procedimiento de fabricación incluye una etapa de precalentamiento de lingotes previamente colados, extrusión y enfriamiento del perfil hasta temperatura ambiente.
