Prótesis total de cadera perfeccionada. Constituida por un vástago femoral con doble offset para facilitar mejor adaptación anatómica con sección de cuello círculo-trapezoidal y diámetro máximo de cono igual al diámetro del cuello, con aristas entre el final del cono y resto del cuello, con extremo distal en forma de punta cónica redondeada y pulido para evitar concentración anómala de tensiones en la diáfisis ósea. Un cotilo formado por tres elementos, cúpula metálica, inserto y tornillos con forma semiesférica, zona polar aplanada para evitar contacto con el fondo del acetábulo y aumento de radio en zona ecuatorial obteniendo encaje press-fit en zona subcondral. Perfil exterior anatómico con tres escotaduras iguales a los del reborde acetabular original. La cúpula metálica tiene espesor mínimo existiendo máxima congruencia entre zona interior de cúpula metálica y exterior del inserto aumentando la superficie para transmisión de cargas produciéndose menos deformación y desgaste del inserto. |
