Improved radiotelephone. It consists of a conventional radiotelephone body, with a planar recess 1 in its casing such as to have the shape of a body 3 of coincident structure attachable to the planar recess 1 which body 3 carries the appropriate electronic components in order to achieve an additional effect. Said body 3 has some contact pins 4 couplable to the female parts of the contactor 2 such that on being attached the body 3 remains secured to the radiotelephone without the possibility of it freely separating. In order to facilitate the securing of the body 3 to the body 7 of the radiotelephone the incorporation of orifices 8 has been provided for which serve to introduce into same pins for attachment with the corresponding orifices 9 of the attached body 3.
