Sole plate applicable to the concrete foundation for a rail track. The base plate 1 for supporting a rail 10 has a plate- shaped zone 1c and two feet 2a, 2b which are directed downwards from the surface 1a of the plate-shaped zone 1c in order to fix plate 1 to concrete foundation 20, with two separate raised zones 4a, 4b along the axis 19 of the plate 1 with one or two orifices 11a, 11b between the raised zones 4a, 4b which pass through zone 1c from upper face 1b to the lower 1a with separation between zones 4a, 4b and separation of the said orifices 11a, 11b with respect to raised zones 4a, 4b which can pass the retention zone 12b for a dismantlable clamp 12 for the said openings.
