This visualizing device includes a plurality of fixed strips (F) and one or more plurality of mobile strips (M1, M2, etc.) all parallel with one another and the fixed strips being connected, on the same side, with a first fixed support (SF) and the mobile strips being connected, on the same side, with respective mobile supports (SM1, SM2, etc.). The fixed and mobile strips are offset with one another and overlapped alternatively so that when the strips are in rest position of mobile support/supports (Fig. 1), it is visible the sole uncovered segments (FE) of the fixed strips that visualize on the whole a first advertising message (''ROMA''), while, when it is achieved the work position of each mobile support (Fig. 2 and 3), after a stroke (L) equal to strips offsetting, the sole uncovered segments (ME1 or ME2, etc.) of the ultimately shifted mobile strips, that visualize on the whole an individual advertising message (''PISA'', ''BARI'', etc.), are visible. The driving device of the mobile support/supports includes a disk (D) supplied with angularly offset axial pins (K1, K2), placed at a different distance from the disk centre, that cooperate with the corresponding shaped openings made on the mobile supports with the aim of getting the single forward shiftings in work position and, in combination, the back shiftings in rest position (Fig.1).
