Summary:This device for stretching a patch intended to be applied to the skin, notably a cosmetic patch, comprises a patch applicator (2) provided with a support (4), a pusher (5) provided with a cavity (6) and with a mounting surface (7) for the patch (3) to be stretched, and a base portion (8) comprising a protuberance (9) which is provided with a receiving surface (10) for the support of the applicator and which can be fitted into the cavity (6) of the pusher such that, when the patch to be stretched is placed on the mounting surface (7) of the pusher and said pusher and the base portion are fitted together, the outer surface of the patch is stretched uniformly outwards and bears against the support (4) of the applicator.
