Summary:An appliance (10) includes a cabinet (12) with a rear panel (14). The rear panel (14) defines a recessed portion (16) with an offset surface (18) and an aperture (20) defined on the offset surface (18). A power connector (22) is disposed in the aperture (20). The power connector (22) includes a cable engagement section (24) configured to engage a power cable (26) and a source engagement section (28) opposing the cable engagement section (24). The source engagement section (28) extends through the rear panel (14) to engage a power receiver within the cabinet (12). A mounting flange (30) is disposed between the cable engagement section (24) and the source engagement section (28) and operably couples to the offset surface (18). A cover (32) is coupled to the rear panel (14) over the recessed portion (16). The cover (32) includes an outer rim (34) and a body (36) protruding outward from the outer rim (34). An opening (38) is defined between a bottom section (40) of the body (36) and the rear panel (14) through which the power cable (26) is configured to extend.
