Summary:In order to provide an analysis of the sleep quality of a user and to actively control or regulate a sleep environment in order to influence the sleep quality of a user, an apparatus (100) for influencing the sleep quality of a user is proposed, comprising at least one sensor apparatus (10) that is designed to generate sensor information relating to a sleep condition of a user, an evaluation unit (11) that is designed to evaluate the sensor information, and a control unit (17) that is designed to take the evaluated sensor information as a basis for controlling devices (19a, 19b, 19c, 19d) in a user environment in order to improve sleep quality, the sensor apparatus (10) being designed to measure a brain activity of the user.
