Summary:The present invention relates to an electrical device having a flexible antenna structure for mounting onto and into tires. Said antenna coupling structure comprises a conductive yarn comprising a lightweight, flexible, and durable core textile reinforcement layer with a carbon nanotube coating. Said antenna coupling is treated with an appropriate adhesive coating easy mounting onto and into a tire. The present invention provides an improvement on the art by providing an antenna coupling structure for integrating into an electronic device to improve signal strength, durability, and fatigue performance during the manufacturing of tires.
