Summary:The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing the activity of natural killer cells, and provides a composition for enhancing the activity of natural killer cells, the composition containing, as an active ingredient, a peptide having an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1. The peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 according to the present invention not only increases the cytotoxicity of natural killer cells but also reduces the fratricide increased by TGF-β, and further improves the sensitivity of the natural killer cells to cancer cells. Thus, the peptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 can be effectively used as an active ingredient for an anticancer drug or an anticancer adjuvant.
