Summary:The invention relates to a chatbot (CRB) interfacing between multiple devices including a machine (MA) and a plurality of user terminals (TER) running an instant messaging app (CC) in which the users converse with the chatbot (CRB) by exchanging messages via their terminals (TER), the chatbot being able to dialog independently with the terminals and the machine. In particular, the chatbot is capable of: - analyzing at least one item of content in a message of a first type sent by at least one first device (MA, TER); and - generating a message of a second type intended for a second device (TER, MA) depending on the outcome of the analysis of the message of the first type, in this case one of the first and second devices being a terminal and the other of the first and second devices being the machine (MA).
