Summary: | An electronic device may include: a foldable housing including a first housing and a second housing; a first display supporting a first resolution and a first pixel density, a second display supporting a second resolution different from the first resolution and a second pixel density different from the first pixel density; a sensor configured to detect a change in the folding state of the foldable housing; one or more processors and a memory configured to: while the foldable housing is unfolded, execute a specified application; generate a first execution screen of the specified application in a first screen size corresponding to the first resolution; display, via the first display set in the first resolution and the first pixel density, the first execution screen in the first screen size corresponding to the first resolution; while the first execution screen is displayed, identify, using the sensor, the change in the folding state of the foldable housing from being unfolded to being folded; based at least in part on the change in the folding state from being unfolded to being folded, generate a second execution screen of the specified application in a second screen size corresponding to a third resolution smaller than the first resolution and greater than the second resolution by a specified ratio; and display, via the second display set in the second resolution and the second pixel density, the second execution screen in the second screen size corresponding to the third resolution. |
