Summary:The present invention relates to a lighting device comprising a plurality of LED diodes (1), installed and distributed on at least one support arm (2), all the LED diodes (1) being oriented towards a single treatment point (3) and the emitted light (8) of said diodes being focussed towards said treatment point (3) by means of light-concentrating means (4). In this manner, it is possible to carry out localised treatments of photodynamic therapy, without affecting the healthy surface, adapting the dose to the requirements of the lesioned surface.
