Summary:The present invention provides a use of a compound represented by formula (I) and a solvate, hydrate, prodrug or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a drug for treating or preventing chronic hepatitis B with liver fibrosis. Clinical research proves that the compound may effectively reverse liver fibrosis, and in particular has a better effect on treating fibrosis in a portal region, significant fibrosis, liver fibrosis in a progressive stage or liver cirrhosis.
