Summary:[Problem]To improve abrasion resistance while maintaining an anti-glare property. [Solution] An optical laminate 10 is provided with a transparent substrate 11, at least one or more hard coat layers 12 that are provided on the transparent substrate 11 and are made of a resin composition, and at least one or more metal-oxide layers (adhesion layer 13, antireflection layer 14) that are provided on the hard coat layer 12 and are made of a metal oxide. A concave/convex structure is formed on the metal-oxide layer side surface of the hard coat layer 12, and the height distribution of the surface of the concave/convex structure satisfies the following formula (1). (1): A/1.9 < P where A is the height of the highest point on the surface of the concave/convex structure when the height B of the lowest point on the surface of the concave/convex structure is defined as 0, and P is the mode of the height distribution of the surface of the concave/convex structure when the height B of the lowest point on the surface of the concave/convex structure is defined as 0.
