The present invention relates to a benzamide derivative, a preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer containing the same as an active ingredient. The benzamide derivative provided in one aspect of the present invention can be used for the prevention or treatment of cancer by inhibiting EGFR mutation, and can be effectively used as an anticancer agent since it exhibits a significant synergistic effect when co-administered with an EGFR antagonist such as Cetuximab.
