Summary:The present invention relates to a battery module housing including a receiving portion configured to allow a battery cell stack to be mounted therein, the receiving portion comprising a first side surface and a second side surface, a bolting portion configured to couple battery module housings disposed adjacent to each other, and a buffer portion configured to absorb volume expansion of the battery cell stack, whereby a battery pack capable of accommodating an increase in volume of the battery cell stack while having reduced weight and minimized construction is provided.
