The second layer 22 includes tin(IV) sulfide. The first layer 21 and the second layer 22 are stacked alternately in a particular direction intersecting a surface 11a of the first electrode 21 facing the second electrode 12. An electrical conductivity of the dielectric 20 in the particular direction at 25°C is 1 × 10-10 S/cm or less.
